Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the wrong/incorrect items.

We offer easy returns within 14 days of your purchase, as long as items are in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unmarked, and in their original packaging with all original tags and packaging intact. Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items and that shipping costs are non-refundable.

However, there are certain products specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website on the Product detail page. Please refer product detail page to check if the item is eligible for return or not.

We will refund the full amount to the payment mode used for making the payment within 7 working days from the date the returned product clears the Quality Check to identify the defects/variations indicated by you. In case the product does not clear the quality check, we reserve the sole discretion to decide upon the return/exchange or refund of goods.

No request for cancellation will be accepted after 14 days of placing the order.

In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Team IndiaScarves.com, The entire shipping cost ( to and fro ) must be borne by the Customers. In that case, if you receive the refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For International payments, the international transaction charges will be borne by customers as well.

We advise you to send the product for return through our registered shipping partner only. We will not be responsible for any loss of goods if they are sent independently.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package that you believe was damaged in transit or has been tampered with please do not accept it. Communicate about this with us through e-mail immediately info@indiascarves.com

All our Products are pre-checked and photographed for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find a wrong product is delivered to you, we will refund the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product and the actual product will be delivered to you.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount asap if you have paid for your order. Please send an email to info@indiascarves.com for cancellation requests.

You may cancel/return a part of your order. Write to us at info@indiascarves.com with your order number. We'll do the needful under our standard return/refund/cancellation policy.

We would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests for Sale products as they are a final sale only.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you are entitled to specific statutory rights regarding returns and refunds under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The following terms apply exclusively to orders shipped to an EU member state.
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

If your order consists of multiple scarves delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item in that order.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract through a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.

You may use the standard European Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us, you must send the items back to our facility without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For standard withdrawals (change of mind): You, the customer, are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility in India.

For defective or incorrect items: India Scarves will bear all costs associated with returning and replacing faulty goods (see Section 5 below).
4. Refund Processing and Original Shipping Fees
If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of original delivery.

Standard Delivery Requirement: We will refund the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a non-standard express delivery option at checkout, we are only legally obligated to reimburse you for the amount of our least expensive standard delivery rate.

Timeline: We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or until you have provided concrete proof that you have shipped the goods back, whichever is earliest).

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the scarves resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In short: you may inspect the scarf as you would in a physical store, but if the item has been worn, washed, or damaged, we may deduct a proportionate amount from your refund.
6. Legal Guarantee for Faulty Goods
Separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal, EU consumer law provides a minimum 2-year legal guarantee (statutory warranty) that the goods you receive must be exactly as described, fit for purpose, and free from defects.
If your scarf arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or (if those are not possible) a full or partial refund.
